This instrument assesses levels of trust in the online environment
where people may never meet face to face and consequently may
not develop trust through the usual physical or emotional avenues.
 
There are three versions of this instrument:
TEAM (considers each member)
LEADER (considers just the manager)
and SELF (considers the participant only).
